Alvor Fisherman Mending nets.
At an early 6 am stroll from my digs in the Algarve hoping to see some new birds I spotted this fisherman standing in the sea with full waders on oblivious to the chill of the sea water he spent hours just going through his nets looking for escape routes for the fish that will keep him fed.
I loved the interplay between the traditional fishing boats and the modern baseball cap!
